All test beds serve for loading of engines, for performance testing and for
measurement and registration of other values measured at the engine and of
emissions of the engine.
Regenerative 4-Q-dynamometers are also able to drive and therefore also suitable
for testing other rotating machines beyond prime movers (like pumps, compressors
etc). In case only such machines and no prime movers should be tested, we can
offer test beds which only drive (drive dynamometers).
Fields of application are research, development, quality control and education (for education we particularly recommend our test beds type MP and MPW Modular).
